The Coal Shed Brighton’s menu centres around freshness and quality of our meat and fish, cooked over charcoal and served with sides and sauces. Our chefs are dedicated to sourcing the best produce possible as a result, the kitchen team are able to build menus to very exacting standards, offering a wide variety of classic cuts and more unusual dishes.

Meat remains the star of the show at The Coal Shed – a blazing-hot Josper grill sears off grass-fed sirloin, fillet and ribeye steaks, as well as larger steaks for sharing, all available with your favourite sauces and sides, such as triple-cooked chips and creamed spinach.

Not a steak fan? No problem. Our wide range of dishes and passion for ingredients has led us to build a festive feasting menu to cater for all dietary requirements.
