A great restaurant needs two things to make it a success – an incredible team and equally incredible suppliers. Over the years, we have worked with some of the country’s best beef suppliers, two being HG Walter and Hannan Meats, both family-run independent butchers specialising in British beef who share our values and love of providing the best quality produce.
We’ve worked with the founders of both businesses to create a limited edition menu featuring specially sourced cuts at the same prices as when we first opened our doors in 2011.

Chateaubriand 700g £55
Porterhouse 700g £40
Bone-in Sirloin 500g £35
Wagyu Bavette 500g £55.
The cuts (excluding the wagyu) are grass-fed native breeds from British farms and dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in Himalayan salt chambers.
Launching Thursday 20 June and available every Tuesday to Thursday, from 5-6.30pm, until we close our doors. This is our way of expressing gratitude for your support and celebrating our mutual love of beef.
