To celebrate National Margarita Day, we’re throwing a Tequila Feast in our stunning Flamingo Social private dining room at The Coal Shed in Brighton. On 18th February, join us for a fire-fuelled night of feasting and margs with our friends at Cazcabel.
The feasting will begin with starters of Blue Prawn Toast, Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Bluefin Tuna Tostadas, Firecracker Cauliflower, and BBQ ‘Waldorf’ Scallops, before moving onto the main event which will consist of three prime cuts of grass-fed dry-aged beef; Bone in Prime Rib, Chateaubriand, and Sirloin on the Bone – all served with some of The Coal Shed’s classic sides including Mac & Cheese, Beef Fat Chips and Coal Fired Greens.
Throughout the evening, we’ll be serving up some exceptional cocktails made with some of our favourite picks from the Cazcabel tequila range, while brand rep Sarah talks through the history of this incredible distiller.
Tickets are £90pp, which includes all food and cocktails. Please note: we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements or allergens for this event. The feast will be hosted family-style on a single long table in our private dining room, with all dishes served for sharing.
