Prime Rib, Bone-in Sirloin, Chateaubriand, Wagyu Tomahawk – all dry-aged in Himalayan salt chambers, butchered in-house and cooked to perfection in our Josper charcoal oven. Finished with aged beef fat and smoked salted butter, each cut is rich, smoky and deeply satisfying. Think sizzling crusts, tender centres and just the right amount of drama.

Our sustainably caught sea bass, day-boat specials and shellfish get the same high-heat treatment – kissed by smoke and cooked fast to keep things fresh, juicy and full of character.
