For £95, your evening unfolds through our three-course menu, a focused celebration of flavour that balances intensity with refinement. It’s celebration food: confident, generous, and full of character — the perfect way to light the fuse on the night ahead.

From 9pm until close, is where the night truly takes hold. As guests settle in for the full Coal Shed experience, plates hit the table with heat, glasses are topped up, and the room builds in energy as midnight draws near. By the time the countdown begins, the whole place is alive. It’s the kind of New Year’s Eve that stays with you long after the clock strikes twelve.
This late-night celebration begins with our four-course feast, prepared with expertly sourced ingredients, accompanied by the theatre of fire, and dishes designed to mark the occasion with real intent. And New Year’s Eve wouldn’t be complete without a midnight drink to raise as the year turns, so this is also included in the price of £125 per guest.
