After overcoming the 2019 wildfires that nearly destroyed her vineyard, Samantha’s wines have captivated the world with their incredible depth and food-friendly qualities.
Enjoy a carefully crafted multi-course menu from The Coal Shed, perfectly paired with Lismore’s exceptional wines. Start with snacks like flatbread, firecracker cauliflower, and blue prawn toast, paired with the 2021 Lismore Chenin Blanc. Then, asparagus with crispy hen’s egg and the 2022 Chardonnay Reserve, followed by coal-roasted monkfish with Diane sauce and the 2021 Pinot Noir.
