Dry-aged in Himalayan salt chambers, butchered in-house and charred to perfection in our Josper charcoal oven, our sharing steaks are best savoured by two or more. Finished with aged beef fat and smoked salted butter, every cut hits with that rich, smoky, fire-charged taste we consider the only true way to honour a great steak.
