Our cocktail list is split down the middle — half signature serves crafted by our bar team, half timeless classics with a Coal Shed twist.
On the signature side, expect boundary-pushing techniques, seasonal ingredients and a healthy dose of fire. These are original creations you won’t find elsewhere — refined, inventive and built to surprise.
When it comes to classics, it’s the drinks you know, done our way. Think perfected Negronis, sharper-than-sharp Martinis, and Old Fashioneds that don’t mess about.
