The Coal Shed Wagyu Lunch Club

Wagyu Lunch Club

In partnership with Westholme, our long-standing wagyu supplier, we’ve crafted a three-course menu that celebrates beef at its finest.

Start with Wagyu tartare on beef fat toast, then settle in for the centrepiece: three exceptional cuts, each cooked a different way to show off wagyu’s full depth, from smoky char to slow-roasted richness. Served with sides designed to balance every bite.

Finish on a sweet note with a dessert gently kissed by smoke.

£45 per person. Available every Wednesday – Thursday.

Short End Tacos

Set Lunch Menu in Brighton

Looking for a weekday lunch that delivers without cutting corners? The Coal Shed Brighton’s Lunch & Pre-Theatre Set Menu is 2 or 3 courses (£19 / £23) of fire-led favourites and seasonal plates.

Start with burnt end tacos or ember-roast beetroot, follow with chargrilled rump with peppercorn sauce or fillet of bream, then finish with blackberry pavlova or churros with dulce de leche.

Available Monday to Friday, 12pm – 6:30pm.
