Dry-aged in Himalayan salt chambers, butchered in-house and cooked to perfection in our Josper charcoal oven, our sharing steaks are perfect for two or more people. The aged beef fat finish and smoked salted butter gives each cut the rich and deeply satisfying taste that does steak justice.
