New plates on the pass
Spring arrives at The Coal Shed London with a new à la carte menu shaped by seasonality, smoke and serious fire-led flavour.
New for the season, Grilled Butterflied Seabass is all brightness and coastal freshness, lifted with clean, seasonal detail. Lamb Cutlets come off the grill charred and juicy, built for sharing straight to the centre of the table, while Steak Tartare is sharpened with rich seasoning and finished with crisp matchstick potatoes for that essential crunch.
And then there are the steaks. Carefully sourced, expertly cut, cooked over hot coals and served with nothing in the way of them at their best.
Spring sips done right
As the days get lighter, the bar at The Coal Shed London is full of fresh, vibrant serves.
Bright choices include the Watermelon & Kiwi Sangria or Cucumber Collins – crisp, refreshing and perfect for a sunny afternoon. For something fragrant and playful, try the Yuzu Hugo Spritz or Strawberry Mojito, while the Mango & Pepper Margarita brings the heat.
If you’re after richer, deeper flavours, the Beef Fat Old Fashioned, Raspberry & Elderflower Negroni or Miso Caramel Espresso Martini deliver smooth, layered complexity. However you’re drinking, these spring sips are built to refresh, lift and pair effortlessly with the menu.
