We’re known for our fire-led cooking and exceptional produce – grass-fed sharing steaks, dry-aged and butchered in-house, line-caught fish from British day boats and seasonal vegetables cooked hot and fast over charcoal. It’s a grill-first philosophy that delivers big on flavour, even when you’re short on time.

Think of it as the greatest hits of our a la carte – same signature flavour, just pared back and priced to please. This is where you’ll find dishes like burnt end tacos, sea bream, 40-day salt aged rump and the kind of desserts that justify an extra-long lunch. Add a side or two if you’re feeling indulgent – we’ve made sure it’s all good value either way.

Our chefs pick one dish every week and turn up the heat – literally. The express lunch is all about fast, fire-led flavour at a smaller price point. You’ll find it chalked up on the board, available until it runs out (and it often does). Perfect for solo diners, busy schedules and anyone who wants something hot, fresh and interesting without the wait.
